Hosting
If you are not happy with a new shared hosting plan, ask for a refund within 30 days of the first payment and we will refund the hosting fee. The 30-day guarantee applies to the first order only, not to renewals.
Virtual private servers (VPS)
Servers are created for you as soon as payment is received and cost us money straight away. Refunds for VPS plans are given only for faults on our side that we cannot fix, requested within 72 hours of setup.
Domain names
Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are paid to the registry and are not refundable once the order is completed. If we could not register a name you paid for, we will refund it in full or help you pick another name.
Renewals
We send an invoice before every renewal. If you do not want to renew, cancel the service before the due date. Renewal payments are not refunded after the new period has started unless the law requires it.
Setup fees and extras
Setup fees and optional extras are not refundable once the work has been done.
When we will not refund
We do not refund services that were suspended or terminated for breaking our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, or payments reversed through a dispute that was found in our favour.
How to ask
Open a support request or write to info@bit.af with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal) or by the same method you used for offline payments, normally within 5–10 business days.
